Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner wants to hold the petition mentioned event. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that during https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

WP(MD)No.20677 of 2021 last year certain communal disturbances were reported leading to registration of criminal cases. Therefore, the petitioner is directed to approach the second respondent. The second respondent will consider the petitioner's representation favorably and pass suitable orders stipulating appropriate conditions. The petitioner is directed to go to the office of the second respondent tomorrow. The second respondent shall attend to the petitioner's representation immediately.

3.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
