Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

2. The petitioner wants to conduct the petition mentioned event. In this regard, a petition has been given to the third respondent. Since permission was not forthcoming, the present writ petition came to be filed.

3. I wanted to know if there is any rival group or there is any communal angle. It is stated that there is no rival claim or communal problem.

4. Therefore, the third respondent is directed to permit the petitioner to hold the petition mentioned event. It is open to the third respondent to stipulate appropriate conditions to ensure the smooth conduct of the petition mentioned event. The petitioner has to necessarily adhere to the same.

5. This writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
