This criminal original petition has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in S.C.No.112 of 2015. 2.The learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under 2/4
SC/ST(POA) Act, Dindigul, sent a letter, dated 05.12.2023, requesting extension of further time of four months to dispose of S.C.No.112 of 2015, pursuant to the order of this Court, dated 20.03.2020.
3.Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned Judge, this Court is inclined to grant further time to dispose of the above case. Accordingly, four months time is extended for disposing the case in S.C.No.112 of 2015 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
