ORDER
The petitioner has submitted an application dated 09.01.2023 to the first respondent requesting him to survey his land. Since the said application has not been considered, the present writ petition has been filed.
2. Mr.G.V.Vairam Santhosh, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents, on instructions, submits that based on the application of the petitioner, survey was about to be conducted in the month of February 2023, at that time, adjacent land owners have raised certain objections, therefore, survey was not conducted.

3. If there is any objection from the adjacent land owners, the survey officer is expected to issue notice to the objectors and after hearing them, proceed to survey the land.
4. Therefore, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to issue a notice to the objectors as per Section 10 of the Tamil Nadu Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923 and after hearing them, take a decision in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
