PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to give adequate police protection to the petitioner to fence the survey No.40/1B land situated in Mathur, Velliyankundram Village, Madurai District. O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to give adequate police protection to the petitioner to fence the land in Survey No.40/1B situated in Mathur, Velliyankundram Village, Madurai District.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, dated 23.05.2018, the second respondent police has conducted enquiry and the same was closed as civil in nature.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10190 of 2018 3.At this juncture, police protection cannot be granted. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition, on fresh cause of action, if so advised.
