The petitioner has been served with notice under Section 111 of Cr.P.C. for showing cause as to why he should be ordered to execute bond under Section 107 of Cr.P.C. To quash the same, this criminal original petition has been filed.
2. It is seen that the proceedings were initiated in the year 2016. The said proceedings cannot have life beyond one year. Therefore, no purpose will be served in keeping the matter alive. The impugned proceedings stand quashed.
