2.The petitioner challenges the impugned enquiry notice issued by the first respondent.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that enquiry has since been concluded and final order has also been passed. The first respondent has called upon the parties to move the jurisdictional Civil Court. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition. 4.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
