ORDER

The petitioners herein challenge the very registration of the impugned FIR. The second respondent is the defacto complainant. He is said to have suffered at the hands of the petitioners herein.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) states that the accident register supports the stand of the defacto complainant.

Crl.O.P(MD)No.9434 of 2016 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners reiterated all the contentions set out in the memorandum of grounds.

4. I am of the view that they are not sufficient for invoking the inherent powers of this Court to quash the impugned FIR. Leaving open the petitioner's defences, this criminal original petition stands dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
