Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to refix the seniority of the petitioner on par with the petitioner's batch mates of the year 2001-3 in the light of the judgment in W.P. (MD)No.11392 of 2008, dated 15.04.2013 by considering the representation of the petitioner, dated 10.01.2019 with all consequential benefits within a time period stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

Heard Mr.T.Lajapathi Roy, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.S.Dhayalan, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice on behalf of the respondents. 2.By consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 3.After elaborate arguments, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that if a direction is issued to the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 10.01.2019, on merits, the petitioner would be satisfied. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD) No.21078 of 2019 4.Considering the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, without deciding the issues on merits, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 10.01.2019, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
