PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to transfer the entire investigation on the complaint dated from the Inspector of Police of City Crime Branch, Madurai and entrust the same to the Inspector of Police, CBCID, Madurai to conduct fair and impartial investigation on the said complaint of the petitioner, dated 29.09.2018 in accordance with law within the period stipulated by this Court.

This petition has been filed to transfer the entire investigation from the Inspector of Police of City Crime Branch, Madurai and entrust the same to the Inspector of Police, CBCID, Madurai to conduct fair and impartial investigation on the said complaint of the petitioner, dated 29.09.2018. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that on the complaint lodged by the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10192 of 2018 petitioner the respondent police has registered the case in Crime No.23 of 2018. After registration of the complaint, the matter has been settled between the petitioner and the respondent Nos.4 to 8 and as such, the FIR has been closed as ''Further Action Dropped" on 31.10.2018.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
