ORDER

The instant contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order of this Court, dated 23.04.2024, made in W.P(MD)No.9728 of 2024, wherein this Court had directed the educational authorities to consider the name of the petitioner for promotion to the post of Post Graduate English Teacher in the third respondent School.

2.The educational authorities have passed an order on 27.09.2024 indicating the fact that while considering the proposal sent by the Management for approval of the appointment of the directly recruited teachers, they would take into consideration, the objection raised by the writ petitioner. 3.Recording the same, this contempt petition stands closed with a direction to the authorities to consider the objection, relating to following Rule 28(2) of the Tamil Nadu Private Schools (Regulation) Rules, 2023, of the writ petitioner, at the time of considering the proposal submitted by the Management.
