O R D E R

The Petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents and 2 to conduct survey of the property in S.Nos.484/3C2 and 484/4C2 situated at Officers Town Lay Out, Narasingampatti Village, Melur Taluk, Madurai District by considering the Petitioner's representation, dated 16.6.2025. 2.Mr.M.Gangatharan, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.M.Vaikkam Karunanithi, learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) takes notice for the third respondent. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.According to the Petitioner, he purchased the subject property in two sale deeds, dated 21.07.2003 and 13.6.2003. Patta 2/6

for the same was also issued in the name of the Petitioner in Patta No.3440. The Petitioner submitted an application on 7.8.2024 in Application NO.2024/0123/24/006725 seeking survey of the property. The same has not been considered till date. Hence, the Petitioner is before this Court with the present Writ Petition for the relief stated supra.

4.Mr.M.Gangatharan, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that when the respondents attempted to survey the property based on the application submitted by the Petitioner, there was objection by the neighbouring land owners and hence, survey could not be conducted.

5.In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to consider the online application of the Petitioner, dated 07.08.2024 and pass final orders on its own merits after issuing notice to the Petitioner, neighbouring land owners and other interested parties, if any, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of a copy of this order.

6.With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands 3/6
