PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to consider the representation dated 02.09.2015 filed by the petitioner in order to take positive action of vacating the petitioner's premises either by auctioning goods or otherwise shifting them within a reasonable time, in terms of Section 126 of the Customs Act, 1962.
