ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioners. 2.The petitioners are plaintiffs in O.S.No.28 of 2012 on the file of Additional District Munsif Court, Kulithalai. The suit is for declaration and permanent injunction and for other reliefs. The petitioner filed I.A.No.13 of 2024 for causing production of the petition mentioned documents through the jurisdictional Tahsildar. The said Interlocutory 2/5

Application was dismissed vide order dated 24.07.2024. Challenging the same, this Civil Revision Petition came to be filed. 3.The Court below has noted that the plaintiffs had earlier filed I.A.No.3 of 2022 for examining the Tahsildar, Kulithalai and that it was dismissed vide order dated 06.02.2023. Therefore, so long as the said order dated 06.02.2023 is holding good, the revision petitioners herein cannot insist on examine of the jurisdiction of the Tahsildar. 4.Instead calling for the original files / documents to be produced, the petitioner can very well apply for certified copies of the same. The petitioners or one of them is permitted to apply to the office of the Tahsildar, Kulithalai for issuing certified copies of the petition mentioned documents. If the petition mentioned documents are available, the office of the Tahsildar, Kulithalai is directed to issue certified copies to the petitioners herein within a period of seven days from the date of application.

5.With this liberty to the revision petitioners and direction to the office of the Tahsildar, Kulithalai, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
