ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed seeking a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner and to continue the construction of the Village Service Center at Pottapalayam Village Panchayat, Pottapalayam, Thiruppuvanam Panchayat Union, Sivagangai District.

2. On written instructions from the present Panchayat President, the learned counsel appearing for the 5th respondent submitted that the 2/4

construction of the Village Service Center has been completed and it has been brought into operation. The said fact is recorded.

3. Since the prayer sought for in the writ petition has already been complied with, no further orders are called for in this petition. Hence, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
