O R D E R
The present Writ Petition has been filed by a Government servant seeking a Mandamus directing the respondents to reimburse the medical expenses incurred by the him for his treatment of Covid-19 in the network hospital.
2. A perusal of the records reveal that the second respondent has recommended for releasing the eligible amount on 27.01.2022. The petitioner has also given representations on 15.08.2022, 02.11.2022 and 15.05.2023. However, the medical expenses have not been reimbursed. Hence, the present writ petition.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent submits that the eligible amount will be disbursed to the writ petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. Recording the same, there shall be a direction to the fourth respondent to release the eligible amount to the writ petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above said observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
