Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2. The petitioner has filed a writ petition for forbearing the respondents from compelling the petitioner to deliver possession as well as revenue generated within the properties situated in Usilampatti Panchayat Union. In the counter affidavit, it has been stated that there is no such proposal. I am satisfied that the writ petition has been filed based on apprehension. If any formal order is passed by the respondents, the petitioner can always come to this Court for relief. All the contentions of the petitioner are left open.
3. The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
