ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the 1/3

respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 294(b), 323, 324, 436 and 506(ii) IPC @ 147, 148, 341, 294(b), 323, 324, 436 and 506(ii) IPC IPC, in Crime No.30 of 2024, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that due to previous motive, the accused said to have waylaid the defacto complainant, abused him in filthy language, also assaulted him using iron rod and caused injury. The accused also said to have set fire on the defacto complainant's two wheeler. Hence, the complaint. 3.It is represented by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that the petitioner was earlier granted anticipatory bail by the learned Principal District Judge, Ramanathapuram, in Crl.M.P.No.370 of 2024, dated 07.02.2024. However, the petitioner did not comply with the conditions and therefore, by an express order, the anticipatory bail was cancelled.
