2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the first and second Respondents submitted that based on the complaint given by the third Respondent, an FIR had been registered in Crime No.12 of 2016 for the offences under Sections 498(A) and 406 of IPC. He further submitted that in this case, investigation had been completed and final report had also been laid before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Uthamapalayam and numbered as in C.C.No.361 of 2018.
