ORDER

The petitioner challenges the impugned communication sent by the first respondent to the second respondent. It is an intradepartmental communication. The Executive Magistrate has called upon the jurisdictional police to provide protection to the petitioner, on the ground that the bond earlier executed by the petitioner has been breached. It is not known as to how the petitioner got the copy of the impugned communication. The petitioner does not enter the scene at all.

2. It is stated that the next hearing date is on 14.12.2021. It is for the petitioner to appear before the Executive Magistrate and convince the Executive Magistrate that there is no breach of the bond condition.
