The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner/A1 was already arrested on 29.07.2025 and was subsequently released on bail by the learned Additional District Judge/Presiding Officer, Special Court under the Essential Commodities Act, Thanjavur, on 01.08.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.4281 of 2025. He has also produced a copy of the said order to that effect.
