This criminal original petition has been filed for quashing the proceedings in C.C.No.131 of 2015 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Rajapalayam.

When the matter was taken up for final hearing, the learned counsel brought to my notice that the petitioner herein filed subsequent quash petition in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.11489 of 2018 for the very same relief. The said criminal original petition suffered a dismissal on 26.11.2019. Therefore, entertaining this criminal original petition does not arise.
