ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for issuing a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents herein to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representations dated 14.09.2015 and 21.09.2015 providing reasonable opportunity to the petitioner in accordance with law.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. 3.Considering the limited scope of the prayer in the Writ Petition, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representations, this Court is inclined to issue the following direction:

W.P.(MD).No.18766 of 2015 representations of the petitioner dated 14.09.2015 and 21.09.2015 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law after giving reasonable opportunity to the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order."

4.This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
