The petitioner seeks transfer of investigation. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) stated that the final report has been filed in which some of the names of the accused have been deleted. Therefore, the second respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner herein so as to enable her to file protest petition. 2.After affording due opportunity to the petitioner / defacto complainant, the second respondent is at liberty to proceed in the matter in the manner known to law. Accordingly, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
