When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate clarifies that till date, survey has not been conducted. It is further undertaken that before conducting survey pursuant to the order dated 17.10.2023 made in W.P.(MD)No.25111 of 2023, the writ petitioner will be given a written notice and it is further undertaken that a direction given by this Court will be scrupulously complied with. The contempt petition is closed.
