PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ of certiorari calling for the records relating to the impugned proceedings of the 1st respondent in letter No.11799/M1/2014-6, dated 11.08.2015 and quash the same as illegal.

ORDER

The petitioner with a grievance as against the then administration of the 4th respondent Sangam has submitted a representation to the 1st respondent Government for appointing a Special Officer for the Society as per Section 34(A) of the Societies Registration Act and this request of the petitioner was rejected by the Government by order dated 11.08.2015 and the same is challenged in this writ petition.

2.As against the office bearers of the Society that they are mismanaging the administration the petitioner has approached this Court earlier in WP(MD)No5311 of 2015 and this Court by order dated 09.09.2015 allowed the writ petition directing the respondents to consider the request of the petitioner. However, the respondents have rejected the request of the petitioner. Challenging the same, this writ petition is filed.

3.This writ petition is filed in the year 2015 as against the then office bearers. Considering the passage of time, this writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the authority concerned, if he is having any grievance as against the present administration. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petitions are dismissed.
