O R D E R

The petitioner's son Pradhab died in unnatural circumstances on 12.02.2016. In this regard, Crime No.12 of 2016 was registered by the sixth respondent herein.

Contending that proper investigation is not being conducted, this criminal original petition came to be filed, seeking transfer of investigation.

2. When the matter was taken up for final disposal, the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) submitted that the matter has been closed. But it appears that final report has not been filed before the jurisdictional Magistrate.

3. Therefore, the sixth respondent is directed to file final report before the jurisdictional Court within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The sixth respondent will also issue notice to the petitioner herein so that the petitioner can file protest petition before the jurisdictional Magistrate.
