PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent, Commissioner herein to permit Ms.N.Krishna Prabha admitted in the petitioner college during the academic year 2014-2015 to pursue her Bachelor of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences Degree Course (BNYS) by allotting register number and by way of taking the periodical examinations, both theory and practical, including the ensuing 1st year examinations scheduled to commence from 15.10.2015 and publish the results and award degrees.
