ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the respondents to provide personal police security to the writ petitioner based on his representation dated 30.04.2024 and 01.08.2024.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the writ petitioner has absolutely no real threat to his life and that on the basis of the writ petitioner's representation, they have already arranged beat book and the concerned police are visiting his house daily twice. He would further submit that the petitioner belongs to a political party and he has been filing petition after petition.

3. Since the writ petitioner is not having any real threat and taking note of the fact that the police have already arranged beat book, this Court is not inclined to grant the relief claimed. Hence, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
