(Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.) The petitioner has come forward with this writ petition challenging the Government notification in G.O.Ms.No.368 Public (Law and Order-F) Department dated 23.05.2018, issued by the 1st respondent, appointing one-man commission. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for the respective parties submitted that nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition as the Enquiry Commission itself has submitted its report on 18.05.2022. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
