Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. What is under challenge is a mere intimation issued by the jurisdictional Tahsildar stating that survey will be conducted and also the four boundaries will be indicated. This by no stretch of imagination can infringe the right of parties. The petitioner will have to establish his case only before the jurisdictional civil Court. Leaving open the rights of both the parties, this writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
