Respondent Prayer :- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent to register the ratification deed of the petitioner, which is pending as P/Melapalayam/98/2022, dated 21.07.2022 and to return the same, which is relating to the Ayan Punja land in S.No.371/3, admeasuring an extent of 1 Acre and 12 Cents out of 2 Acre and 24 Cents, situated at Munneerpallam Village, Melapalayam Sub-Registration Limit, Palayamkottai Registration District, Palayamkottai Taluk, Tirunelveli District. ORDER

The petitioner has prayed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent to register his ratification deed, which is pending as 1/3

P/Melapalayam/98/2022, dated 21.07.2022 and to return the same, which is relating to the Ayan Punja land in S.No.371/3, admeasuring an extent of 1 Acre and 12 Cents out of 2 Acre and 24 Cents, situated at Munneerpallam Village, Melapalayam Sub-Registration Limit, Palayamkottai Registration District, Palayamkottai Taluk, Tirunelveli District. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent has produced a proceeding of the respondent in Na.Ka.No.544/2022, dated 19.09.2022, and submitted that the petitioner's ratification deed has been registered as Document No. 6504/2022 and the same has also been released by the respondent. 3.Recording the above said submission, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
