[Order of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.] Prayer in the Writ Petition reads as follows:- ''To issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents herein to arrange alternate pathway for Vinayaga Chathurthi Procession in Srivilliputhur, Virudhunagar District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 19.08.2024.''
2. The route of any procession will have to be decided by the concerned authorities taking into account all factors. It is not for this Court to dictate as to where and how the procession should go. The Writ Petition is therefore dismissed. No costs.
