for the petitioner and of Mr.R.SURESH KUMAR, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13067 of 2023 on 18.07.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying the conditions regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said conditions.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying the conditions regularly and investigation is still pending and the petitioner is having one previous case.

4.Taking into consideration the submissions made by both the counsels, this petition is allowed and the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13067 of 2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in fifteen days, ie., on the first and fifteenth working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
