An identical issue was raised in W.P.(MD) No.18865 of 2015 and the same was dismissed by this Court by order dated 09.11.2023. The said order is squarely applicable to the present case.

2. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is also dismissed.

3. Registry is directed to annex a copy of the order dated 09.11.2023 in W.P.(MD) No.18865 of 2015 to this order.

4. There shall be no order as to costs.
