2. Heard, the learned Counsel on either sides and carefully perused the materials available on record.

3. It is brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner's representation is considered, and the same is forwarded for appropriate action to the Joint Director of School Education. However, the Joint Director of School Education is the final authority who has to take a final call on this issue.
