Respondents Prayer :- Writ Petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to take necessary action against the respondents 2 to 10 for the illegal removal of petitioners fencing as covered the petitioner patta land in S.No. 262/B to the extent of 8 cents (2177 1/2 sqft) consequently direct the respondents to restore the petitioner fence on their own cost by considering the petitioner representation dated 30.05.2024 within a period stipulated time by this Honble Court.
