This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to conduct and complete the enquiry by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 19.08.2024 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within the period that may be fixed by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, FIR came to be registered in Crime No.340 of 2024 on 05.08.2024.
