ORDER

The present transfer civil miscellaneous petition is filed by the wife to transfer H.M.O.P.No.550 of 2024, on the file of the Additional Family Court, Coimbatore, to the Family Court, Dindigul. 1/3

2.Notice was served to the respondent and proof is filed for the private notice wherein it is indicated the item is delivered to the respondent. In spite of notice, the respondent did not appear before this Court either in person or through Advocate.

3.The contention of the petitioner is that she is having a five years old child and aged parents. She has to take care of them. Moreover, she is not able to travel 159 kilometres.

4.Accepting the contentions of the petitioner, the transfer civil miscellaneous petition is allowed as prayed for. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
