ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for R1. There is no representation on the side of the respondents 2 & 3.

2. The prayer in the writ petition is for forbearing the private respondents from digging a bore well. It is stated by the learned Additional Government Pleader that the bore well was originally dug and since there was no water source, it has been subsequently closed also. It is further stated on instructions from the Tahsildar, Peraiyur that the parties have amicably resolved the issue between themselves. Fresh inspection shall be conducted and it shall be ensured that the bore-well has been properly closed.

3. Recording this subsequent development, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
