ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the authorities under the Right to Information Act to furnish information to the writ petitioner based upon his petition, dated 22.06.2015. The present writ petition has been filed on 08.10.2015.

2. According to the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the first respondent herein, an order was passed by the first respondent Commission on 09.10.2015, directing the third respondent to the Public Information Officer to furnish information as requested by the writ petitioner. The third respondent has also complied with the order and has furnished the information to the writ petitioner by proceedings, dated 08.11.2015. There is no representation on the side of the writ petitioner. The submissions made on the side of the first respondent is recorded. 2/4

Hence, no further orders are called for. The writ petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
