JUDGMENT

When the matter was taken up for hearing, both the parties were present. A joint compromise memo, signed by the parties and the learned counsel on both sides, has been filed and the same is recorded. The identity proof of the parties were also verified. In the compromise memo, the parties have agreed for the terms of the compromise.

2.Recording the compromise memo, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is disposed of. The terms of the compromise memo shall form part of the order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed. No costs.
