ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/Accused No.1 and 2, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Section 420 I.P.C., in Crime No.120 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The respondent Police is present before this Court and stated that further action is going to be dropped after completing the official formalities.

3. In view of the submission made by the respondent Police, the matter has become unncessary now. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as unnecessary.
