This writ petition is filed to direct the first respondent to issue patta in favour of the petitioner, based on the representation dated 08.10.2018 and grievance day representation dated 08.10.2018 and also earliest representation 2003, in respect of the properties comprising Survey No.156pt to an extent of 0.51 cents, Survey No.166/2pt to an extent of .022 cents, totally to an extent of 0.73 cents, vide MRIV 94A/17.70 MDR dated 29.12.1980, situated at Kurinji Nagar, Tiruchunai Village, Melur Taluk, Madurai District.
2.Heard M/s.K.Malathi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.C.Ramesh, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

W.P.(MD)No.21732 of 2018 submitted that the rejection order was passed by the second respondent, viz., The Revenue Divisional Officer, Melur, in his proceedings vide MRIV/94/MLR/17-70, dated 27.08.2020, on the petitioner's application. Therefore, the prayer sought for by the petitioner in the writ petition cannot be granted at this stage. 4.In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. The second respondent shall communicate the copy of the said proceedings along with the copy of this order to the petitioner. No costs.
