Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order in Na.Ka.No.11574/2023/M.1 dated 06.11.2023 on the file of the Respondent No.3 and the consequential communication in L.Dis.155886/PNHIS-4/2022 dated 15.12.2023 on the file of the Respondent No.2, addressed to the Respondent No.1 and quash the same as illegal and consequently to direct the Respondents No.1 to 3 or the Respondents No.5 to provide the Medical reimbursement of Rs.1,49,207/- to the petitioner in pursuance to the recommendation by the Respondent No.3 within the time stipulated by this Court.

O R D E R
The instant writ petition has been filed by a retired employee seeking to quash the order passed by the 2nd and 3rd respondents herein, wherein he has been directed to approach the State Level Empowered Committee for claiming medical reimbursement.
2. On instructions, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 5th respondent herein submits that, the State Level Empowered Committee has already passed an order in favour of the claimants, to release the medical reimbursement amount. On receipt of copy of the State Level Empowered Committee order, they would be releasing the reimbursement amount as per the directions of State Level Empowered Committee.
3. In view of the above said statement made by the 5th respondent herein, the 5th respondent is directed to disburse the medical reimbursement amount to the petitioner, as per the directions of the State Level Empowered Committee within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order of State Level Empowered Committee. 3/6
