ORDER

This Criminal Revision Case is filed by the petitioner / husband as against the order of maintenance passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Usilampatti, in M.C.No.18 of 2014, dated 22.01.2016, in and by which, the petitioner was directed to pay a sum of Rs.3500/-, per month, as maintenance to the respondent / wife.

2. When the case is taken up for hearing today, Mr.A.Haja Mohideen, learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the issue has been amicably settled between the parties.

3. Mr.R.Gandhi, learned Counsel for the respondent affirmed the said submission and further submitted that by order dated 27.01.2020, in OP.No.741 of 2019, the Family Court, Madurai, recorded the compromise arrived between the parties and has dissolved the marriage between them, as such, the claim of maintenance as ordered by the trial Court becomes infructuous. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.RC.(MD)No.174 of 2016 4.In view of the subsequent developments and recording the submissions made by the learned Counsel on either side, this Criminal Revision Case is closed as no further order is required to be passed.
