R.SUBRAMANIAN,J AND N.SATHISH KUMAR,J The petitioner, who is the husband, seeks production of the person of his wife Dhivya, who is stated to be missing from 18.10.2021.

2. The respondent police have secured the detenu. The detenu appeared before this Court and she expresses her unwillingness to live with the petitioner though he is her maternal under. She would further state that he is not treating her well and she would like to stay away from him.

3. In view of the statement made by the detenu, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
