Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.ARPUTHARAJ A, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.R.SURESH KUMAR, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:-

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.13286 of 2023 on 20.07.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying the conditions regularly and they prayed for relaxation of the said conditions.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioners have been complying the conditions for ninteen days. Further, there is no previous case pending against the petitioners.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13286 of 2023 on 20.07.2023 is fully relaxed and the petitioners shall report before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.
