ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition filed, under Section 528 of BNSS., seeking orders, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to provide adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and her husband, by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 21.08.2024.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has sent the complaint to the respondents 1 and 2 and also the Inspector General of Police.
3. But, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that the second respondent has not received any such compliant through post.
4. Considering the above, the petitioner is directed to give a fresh representation to the second respondent and on receipt of the same, the second respondent is directed to consider the same and take necessary action immediately.

5. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
