ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/Accused rank not known, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 498A, 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.Not known of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner's brother and the defacto complainant was married in 2022. After that, there was some difference of opinion between them, over which, the defacto complainant has given a complaint against her husband.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the above said enquiry is kept pending in C.S.R. No.268 of 2023.

4. Perusal of enquiry file shows that during the course of enquiry, the defacto complainant stated that she is not willing to live with this petitioner. A Portion of jewels, which belongs to the defacto complainant was returned to her and remaining is not. On that ground, the enquiry is kept pending. 2/3

5. There shall be a direction to the respondent Police to complete the process of enquiry within fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. During the course of enquiry, if any trouble arises, the petitioner can workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings.

6. With the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
